MASTER OF SCIENCE (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING)

| 来源:NUS The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering is structured around lectures and end-ofsemester examinations. Candidates may opt for part-time or full-time study. A candidate needs to complete at least 10 modules and may read for a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with or without a major, i.e. an area of specialisation. The majors available are as follows: 1. Automation and Control Engineering 2. Communications Engineering 3. Computer Engineering 4. Data Storage [Jointly with Data Storage Institute (DSI) ] 5. Microelectronics Whether or not a major is taken, a candidate may offer projects in lieu of graduate modules. If a candidate opts for a project, he/she has to propose a suitable project and find an appropriate supervisor. The Department does not have a list of projects. The candidate's experience and expertise in his/her workplace should help to identify a suitable project. There are 2 types of projects (only one of these types can be taken): Type 1: Independent Study Modules, EE5001/ EE5002 (equivalent to one graduate module) Type 2: EE Project, EE5003 (equivalent to two graduate modules) M.Sc. (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING) - WITHOUT A MAJOR To complete 10 modules or its equivalent from the following: EE5xxx Any EE5000 level series graduate module EE6xxx Any EE6000 level series graduate module EE5001 Independent Study Module I EE5002 Independent Study Module II EE5003 EE Project (modules without EE codes are subject to approval) |
